Dr Mellisa Gibbons Tankard is a registered Psychologist in Bermuda. She has been educated in Bermuda, Canada and the USA. She obtained her doctorate in Educational Psychology from Howard University and interned at the Center for Research on the Education of Students Placed at Risk. She is currently employed as a School Psychologist for the Department of Education Bermuda and teaches as an adjunct lecturer at the Bermuda College. She is also owner of HARTT Services, Higher Achievers Reliable Tutoring and Testing Services.
